1. Order Processing Timeline

All orders undergo strict verification, inventory check, and quality inspection before shipment to ensure order accuracy and product integrity. Processing timelines are calculated based on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding Hong Kong SAR public holidays and weekends;
  • Retail Orders: Standard processing takes 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation and order review. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Wholesale & Bulk Orders: For bulk purchases, prepacks, and wholesale orders, processing takes 3-5 business days due to additional inventory sorting and packaging checks. Customized wholesale bulk orders may have extended processing times, which will be communicated to you via email in advance.
We reserve the right to delay processing if your order involves incomplete payment, incorrect delivery information, suspected fraudulent transactions, or temporary product out-of-stock situations. We will promptly notify you via email of any delays and provide an updated expected shipment timeline.

2. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

We provide shipping services to Hong Kong SAR and most international regions and countries. Please note that shipping availability may vary for remote areas, regions with strict import controls, or restricted jurisdictions; you may check eligible destinations at checkout or contact our customer service team for confirmation.

2.1 Hong Kong SAR Local Shipping

We offer full coverage across Hong Kong SAR, including Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, New Territories, and outlying islands. A small additional shipping fee may apply to remote outlying islands or restricted commercial/industrial zones, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2.2 International Shipping

We support shipping to major regions worldwide, including Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and other accessible areas. As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for complying with the import laws, regulations, and quarantine requirements of your destination country/region.

3. Shipping Fees & Promotional Offers

3.1 Shipping Fee Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping destination, order weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. All shipping fees exclude customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges applicable to international orders.

3.2 Free Shipping Terms

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated only, and start counting from the date of shipment (not the order placement date). 4.1 Hong Kong SAR Local Delivery

4.2 International Delivery

Customs clearance procedures in the destination country/region may cause additional delivery delays, and we have no control over inspection timelines or related processes.

5. Shipment Notification & Order Tracking

6. Delivery Responsibilities & Risk Transfer

6.1 Delivery Information & Acceptance

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid delivery information (recipient name, contact number, full address, postal code, etc.). We shall not be liable for delayed, failed, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. If re-delivery is required due to inaccurate information, you shall bear all additional re-delivery fees.
The logistics carrier will attempt delivery per the scheduled time; if you are unavailable to receive the package, the carrier will leave a pickup notice and keep the package at a designated location for a specified period. Unclaimed packages beyond the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us, and you shall bear all resulting shipping costs for re-delivery.

6.2 Risk Transfer

The risk of loss, damage, or theft of the ordered products transfers to you once the package is handed over to the logistics carrier and marked as “Shipped”. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay occurring after the carrier takes possession of the package.

7. International Orders: Customs, Taxes & Duties

For all international shipments, you are solely responsible for:

  • Paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, inspection fees, and other local charges imposed by the destination authorities;

Our product prices and shipping fees do not include any customs-related charges, and we have no control over the amount of such fees. Refunds will not be issued for paid customs duties, and refusal to accept delivery or pay customs fees may result in package abandonment or return; all resulting losses and shipping costs shall be borne by you.

8. Handling of Abnormal Shipments

8.1 Lost Shipments

If your package is confirmed as lost by the logistics carrier (after official investigation), please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue, and at our discretion, provide a full refund or re-ship the order for eligible cases.

8.2 Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package with damaged packaging or defective products due to shipping mishandling, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery, attaching clear photos/videos of the package, shipping label, and damaged products. We will review the claim and arrange a suitable resolution (refund, replacement, etc.) for verified cases. Claims submitted beyond the 3-day period may not be accepted.

8.3 Returned Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments returned to us due to undeliverable address, recipient refusal, unclaimed status, or customs rejection will be processed as returned orders.
